You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

• Do not misuse the services, attempt to disrupt them, or access them by unauthorized means.
• Do not use the services to violate any law or any marketplace’s policies or API terms.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or resell the services except as permitted by law.

When you connect a marketplace account (for example, Amazon), you authorize Vendaria to access data through official APIs solely to provide the services to you, subject to that marketplace’s terms. You can disconnect at any time.

Paid plans, where offered, are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are described at the point of purchase. You can cancel future renewals at any time; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

The services, including their software and content, are owned by Vendaria and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of your own data; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the services for you.

The services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Vendaria provides analytics and recommendations to assist your decisions; it does not guarantee any particular business outcome, and you remain responsible for actions you take.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vendaria will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding what you paid for the services in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the services or other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
